I absolutely love using math stations in the classroom.
7:45 to 8:15 Students come in the class and get settled and do bellwork. (Bellwork usually has to do with what I am teaching, so I can use a sticky note to quickly write down the students who missed it. That is who I usually pull in one of my small groups that day.)
8:15 to 8:35 Calendar Math/Number Work
8:35 to ? Lesson and independent work
9:15 Small group and other students go to station
Meet back at the carpet or just change rotation
9:35 Small group and other students go to station
